before heading to korea, our bros and sisters sent us off
outside yoido full gospel church. it has the largest congregation in the world, at 800,000 people!
korea's street food. actors in korean dramas always eat the 'chao nian gao' (the orangey-reddish glob, hiding behind a cup) with such relish and so, sarah thought they were delicious.we were duped. that 'chao nian gao' costs us 2000won (=about SG$3.50) and they were merely cylindrical flour lumps dipped in spicy sauce. wahhh. grrrawrr.
